How we inspect for mold

Mold needs moisture to grow, so that is what we hunt for. During your inspection we look for visible mold and water staining, and we use moisture meters and thermal imaging to find the damp, hidden spots behind walls and ceilings where mold tends to start.

This is a visual, observational inspection that points you to the problem areas and the moisture feeding them. If formal lab testing or a mold assessment is called for, we will tell you, so you can bring in the right specialist.
