What a termite inspection saves you from

Every home inspection we do includes a free termite inspection, through Sharp Eye Pest Control, our own pest company. We check your home for an active infestation of wood destroying insects, and for the conducive conditions that invite them.

It is protection worth having. The average termite treatment runs around $3,000 or more, depending on the size of the infestation and the size of your home. That is before you count the major structural damage these insects can do in a very short amount of time.

Because our inspectors are also licensed technicians in pest and wood destroying insect inspection, we catch it on the same visit, with the findings written into your report.
