How infrared sees what the eye cannot

Our inspectors use thermography technology, an infrared imaging and measurement camera used to see and measure the thermal energy given off by an object. The infrared camera is a non-invasive way of monitoring and diagnosing the condition of a building.

It gives us immediate high-resolution thermal imagery, revealing potential structural issues, moisture issues, energy efficiency, and even rodent and pest discovery. Thermal imaging is included with our inspections at no extra charge.
