A-Action is certainly one of the pricer home inspection companies but I was very pleased with Bo's detailed historic home inspection. He was on time and throughly explained his findings both walking us through at the end of the day as well as providing a detailed report. When paying for the inspection I was surprised that A-Action was charging an extra 3% credit card fee when only a cc option was provided but happily they've hired an exceptional customer service rep to work the phones nights and evenings who provided their Zelle info so I could avoid the fee. Overall I'm very pleased.

Brendan as our inspector and Michelle who helped me on the phone scheduling my appointment were both so friendly and professional. I felt like we were in good hands with them both. We were interested in a 1970s home and I wanted to make sure we chose a home inspector with experience in older homes, so when I saw all the YouTube videos A-Action has on 1970s-home inspections, I knew they were the right company to go with. Brendan would reply to my simple follow up texts after about the inspection and even provided a vendor list for specialists in the area if we wanted to take a closer look at something, which we did and even their vendor list was great!
